Hell or Gehena

Show mercy to those who are in doubt, save them by plundering them from the fire. But show mercy with fears to others as well, and hate their clothes that are defined by the desires of sin. (Jude 1: 22-23)

According to J. Wesley Brill, hell is a place of torture by evil conduct, a place devoted by the devil, a place of torment for devils and evil angels. Hell is not created for man, but for the devil and his followers. In the old covenant, hell is often called "Sheol" or "the world of the dead, the dead, or the grave". So, hell is also called for dead people outside of Christ.
The word fire in Jude 1:23 means "hell". There are 3 criteria for people to be saved from fire/hell, namely:

1. People - Tribes Judas 1:22
A corner is a person who can not make a decision, and usually, the basis is fear. The Word of God in Revelation 21: 8 states that the cowardly is mentioned first as a person who does not go to heaven. The way to save people in this group is by plundering them.

2. Other people Judas 1:23
which is meant by others is a person who does not know God. The way to save this person is to show mercy.

3. Those who are clothed by the desires of sin.
"...and hate their clothes that are tainted by the desires of sin." What to hate is clothing or the action, not the person concerned. How to save people of this kind is by changing or removing clothes that are contaminated by sin. Delivering the truth is an effective way to replace old clothes.

In Matthew 25: 31-46 it is written that on the day of his coming there will be a separation between the goat and the sheep, between those who will enter into his kingdom and the cursed ones who will suffer forever in hell. The people who will enter into his kingdom are people who have compassion for foreigners and do generosity. Here are the characteristics of sheep. Where can we start saving people from flaming fire? That's where you live where the suffering is, Lord Jesus Bless.
